What is a bulk bag?

FIBCs are bags used to store and transport free-flowing products. Typically made from woven polypropylene, the standard base size is 35" x 35" and the height is usually up to about 96". Chemical FIBC sizes can be customized according to user needs and availability. Chemicals bulk bag typically hold about 2,000-4,000 pounds of product, and FIBCs can be placed on pallets or lifted by standard lifting rings attached to the bags.

Chemicals bulk bags are made of polypropylene woven fabric that is stable and resistant to UV degradation. The load capacity of each bulk bag can be between 500kg and 2000kg, and the safety is 5:1 or 6:1 (single use 5:1, multiple use or UN bag 6:1), depending on the bag Design and dimensions. An optional LDPE liner can be included to provide additional moisture protection.
Food-grade bags: Food-grade bulk bags are made of FDA-compliant resin, and the purpose is to put food in the bag.
