Features of FIBCs

1. Sufficient structural strength and easy loading and unloading operations, suitable for mechanized loading and unloading rather than manual operations. Operators can use cranes or forklifts to move cargo, improving work efficiency.

2. The FIBC material has excellent barrier properties and a well-sealed structure, preventing water, debris, and dust from mixing, providing excellent product protection. They are also lightweight, flexible, strong, acid- and alkali-resistant, moisture-proof, and leak-proof, making them suitable for packaging powdered, flake, and granular solid products, facilitating transportation and storage.

3. No repackaging is required. Compared to other packaging options, bulk bags generally do not require pallets, significantly reducing packaging costs.

4. FIBCs fold flat and can be shipped to the end user. After unloading, they can be folded and stored, requiring minimal storage space. This makes bulk bags more convenient and economical to use.

5. FIBCs can generally be customized to meet the specific needs of the end user, including bag body and loading and unloading port dimensions, strap style, base fabric specifications, coating requirements, and inner bag requirements. Designs can also be tailored to the specific needs of the product.
