Before leaving the factory, ton bags must undergo various tests to test whether the products meet the test standards before they can be produced. One of the ton bags is the heat test: we're going to take some samples from the bag, compound it with 9.8n, and bake it in the oven. After an hour, they were able to separate smoothly. If they are not glued together, they are considered compliant. The second is resistance to the downside. In the normal temperature environment, it is free to fall according to a certain test sequence. If the material in the ton bag does not leak out, it is considered to meet the standard.
What printing method is used for ton bags
Choose screen printing:
Screen printing is a very efficient printing method. Choose stencil printing and use pressure difference to print ink on plastic slanted woven bags.
1. Dry a photo effect layout with graphics and text, and then crop it according to the set size. And by using wood, aluminum, etc. as the skeleton, the live surface silk screen is obtained.
2. Prepare suitable ink and use a scraper to change the selected ink evenly on the live screen. This process is called scratch printing.
3. Stick the ink evenly on the ton bag, and the printing is completed.
