Application of ton bags
① Discharge. First, the symmetry of the tonnage bag hook should be attached to the load-bearing beam of the automatic filling machine so that the bottom of the tonnage bag completely touches the road surface. Then, open the discharge port of the tonnage bag, insert the discharge cylinder, and clamp it with clamping machinery to avoid exposure of smoke or particles. Start the automatic filling machine, put the raw materials into the bag from the discharge port, and straighten the bag body before filling. After filling the can, close the discharge port. ②Load. The hook of the tonnage bag should be attached to the lifting machinery and equipment in a balanced manner. If an electric forklift is used to lift the ton bag, the shovel should be adjusted to the proper direction, and the ton bag must be close to the electric forklift and cannot be tilted forward.
