Container lined bags are also called container dry bags, dry packaging. It is usually placed in a 20'/30'/40' standard container, which can transport large-tonnage solid bulk particles and powdery products with fluidity. Because it is containerized transportation, compared with traditional woven bag packaging and ton bag transportation, it has the advantages of large unit transportation volume, easy loading and unloading, reduced labor, and no secondary pollution of goods.
The structure of the container liner bag is designed according to the cargo loaded by the customer and the loading and unloading equipment used. According to the customer's loading and unloading methods, it can be equipped with loading and unloading ports (sleeves), zipper ports and other designs.
There are three kinds of materials for the container: PE film, PP/PE coated woven cloth. PE film/PE woven fabric is mainly used for products with strict requirements on moisture resistance.

3. Scope of application

3.2 Granular or powdered bulk cargo

5. Installation steps
5.1 Put the liner bag in a clean container and unfold it.
5.2 Put the square steel into the sleeve and place it on the floor.
5.3 Securely fasten the elastic ring and rope on the inner bag to the iron ring in the container. (Starting from one side, up and down, from the inside to the outside)
5.4 Use a drawstring to fix the bottom of the bag at the door of the box with the iron ring on the floor to prevent the inner bag from moving during loading.
5.5 Fix the four square steel bars in the door groove of the box through the hanging ring and the sling. The flexible sling can be adjusted according to height.
5.6 Lock the left door and inflate with an air compressor to prepare for loading.
