The first is pressure testing. Put the fully loaded ton bag on the pressurizing machine for pressure testing. The pressure applied by the pressurizing machine is four times the full load of the ton bag, or the static load method is used, that is, the dead weight of four layers of fully loaded bags. The pressurization time is more than eight hours. In this test, the contents do not overflow and the bag body is not damaged, which means that the ton bag has passed this test.
The second is the drop test. Lift the fully loaded ton bag with a lifting device, with the bottom of the bag more than 0.8m off the ground, and then drop it vertically to a solid and flat ground. If the contents do not overflow and the ton bag body is not damaged, it means that the test has passed.
