Container bags have applications in all walks of life, their load-bearing capacity is very superior, but we still have to detect container bags, then what are the detection methods?
1. Top lifting test: hold the pressure for 5min at 6 times the load.
2. Vertical impact drop test: 0.8m height free fall.
3. Dumping test: 0.8m height pull down on the shelf, lift one end of the movable plate so that the sample bag fell on the ground.
4. The upright test: lift the single or double belt near the ground (if there are four straps), so that the bag body is off the ground.
5. Tear propagation test: a cut of 100mm in length and 45° on the vertical line is drawn on the bag body, lifted off the ground, applied twice the load, and maintained for 5min. The incision propagation length should not exceed 25% of the original incision length.
Because the weight of the container bag to bear is very large, the bag body and the sling must not be damaged, so as to ensure that there are no accidents during use.
