The static electricity of tons of bags, one is the internal reason, that is, the conductivity of the material; the other is the external reason, that is, the friction, rolling and impact between the materials. Many commodity big bags have inherent conditions that generate static electricity. In addition, in the warehousing process, operations such as handling, stacking, and covering are also essential. Therefore, friction, rolling, impact and other phenomena will inevitably occur between the big bags. The plastic packaging of general commodities is prone to generate static electricity due to mutual friction during the stacking process.

 

The electrostatic hazard generated during the storage of the ton bag accumulates on the surface of the ton bag, forming a high electrostatic potential, which is prone to electrostatic sparks. Its harm is mainly manifested in two aspects: one is to cause conflagration accidents. For example, if the contents of the package are flammable substances that volatilize steam and air to a certain ratio, or the solid dust reaches a certain concentration (IE, the explosion limit), it will explode once it encounters static sparks. The second is the phenomenon of electric shock. For example, during the handling process, electrostatic high-potential discharge can cause electric shock discomfort to operators, which often occurs in warehouses when handling plastic packaged goods. In the process of handling and stacking, due to the large friction, electrostatic high-potential discharge occurs, and even the phenomenon of electrostatic discharge knocking down the operator occurs.

The shape and other parameters of the ton bag are the same as the ordinary ton bag, the difference is that there are conductive wires in the bag body, sling, loading and unloading port, loading and unloading port and lock edge of the ton bag.
