1. Manufacturers of ton bags and ton bags should check the selection of sling materials
In the planning of container bags, the selection of sling materials is very important. The national standard clearly stipulates the coefficient of 1:6. In practical planning, firstly, we must consider the loss of the strength of the sling during the sewing process; secondly, we must consider the hoisting method. For example, for a ton bag with a load of 500kg, the sling usually uses (50-60) g/m, and the tensile force is (1300-1800) N/m; )N/m, it is necessary for the sling to meet the weaving density requirement. When designing slings for ton bags, two-ring, four-ring and other methods can be used to increase the tensile strength.
2. Add additives to extend service life
In order to improve the anti-aging ability of plastic ton bags under sunlight, a certain amount of anti-violet agent and stabilizer should be added to the ton bags in the flat yarn drawing technology. According to the length of the use period of the ton bag (six months or one year), the increase is determined, usually between (0.1~3)%. Some companies add anti-aging masterbatches made of stabilizers, anti-violet agents and other additives, and the effect is also good.
3. Structural planning
When planning the structure of the ton bag, it is stipulated in the relevant specifications that the strength of the waistband should be more than twice the strength of the base fabric, but in practice, this planning effect is not good, because the strength of the base fabric and the waistband are inconsistent, causing the base fabric to crack first. When designing, the waistband and the base fabric are made of the same strength base fabric material, which can avoid this problem.
