There are many reasons for warp reversal. The following is explained from the two warp reversal phenomena:
1. If there is a phenomenon that the overturned warp wire is turned over and not turned over, it mainly occurs after the wire is disconnected. This is mainly because when the warp wire is broken into the warp joint, the newly inserted warp wire is twisted. After the twisted warp wire is gradually woven in, it will not be twisted. As long as the operator develops the joint, the twist is smooth. Flat wire can be flattened. Because the warp yarns are unwound from the warp creel of the circular loom, there will not always be the root cause of twisting warp yarns, and there is little turning over before entering the ring gauge.
2. If there is a phenomenon that the warp is turned over and turned over, the main reasons are as follows:
(1)The guide wire hole of the jumper is worn or not smooth, causing the warp to turn over. Check for worn or uneven areas such as the guide wire hole of the replacement jumper.
(2) The outer ring guard rod of the shuttle heats up and turns over when the warp wire rubs through. Reduce the distance between the outer ring guard rods on the upper and lower sides of the shuttle to reduce the heating of the guard rods.
(3) It is the entrance of the flat wire of the outer ring gauge. The angle of the corner is too large. When the top wheel of the shuttle is opened, the flat wire below can not contact the corner, and it will flip freely. Larger corners can be eliminated by car.
(4) The shuttle top wheel is not suitable, or the protruding parts of the two ends of the mandrel of the top wheel scrape the warp wire and turn it over to form a woven inversion. Adjust or modify the shuttle top wheel without scratching the warp threads.
(5)The warp wire is too thin or too wide, the warp wire is likely to be squeezed into the ring gauge, and it is not fully recovered after passing the ring gauge or is turned over when it is restored; the weft wire is clamped and turned over when it enters from the shuttle top wheel. Usually rarely happens. In this case, the warp wire can be replaced.
(6)The transverse strength of the recycled warp wire is low, and when the longitudinal tension passes through the ring gauge, it is squeezed and turned over. Recycled woven fabric itself has low transverse strength and low draft ratio due to the large amount of PE and other raw materials in the flat yarn.
