The ton bag is a kind of flexible transportation packaging container, which has the advantages of moisture-proof, dust-proof, radiation-proof and firmness. It can be widely used in the packaging of various powdery, granular and massive items such as chemicals, building materials, plastics, minerals, etc. It is an ideal product for the storage and transportation industry. Therefore, it is necessary for us to learn more about the common sense of ton bags to improve our ability to distinguish. The following four aspects will be introduced to you:
(1) Base fabric raw materials
When planning a ton bag, you must first understand the weight of the loaded goods, and determine the volume of the ton bag according to the specific gravity of the packaged material. It also depends on whether the loaded material is a sharp, solid block material. If so, the base fabric should be thicker when planning the ton bag, otherwise it can be thinner. In practical planning, a ton bag with a load of 500kg generally uses (150-170) G/m2 base fabric, the longitudinal and lateral tensile strength of the base fabric is (1470-1700) N/5cm, and the elongation rate is 20-35%. The weight of the ton bag exceeds 1000 kg. The base fabric is generally selected (170~210) G/m2. The longitudinal and transverse tensile strength of the base fabric is (1700-2000) N/5cm, and the elongation is 20~35%.
(2) Structural planning
When planning the ton bag structure, the strength of the conventional belt in the national standard should be more than twice the strength of the base cloth, but the planning effect is not good in practice. Because the strength of the base fabric and the waistband are different, the base fabric will crack first. In the planning, the waistband and the base fabric should use the base fabric of opposite strength to avoid this problem.
(3) Sewing process
In addition to the sewing requirements of the national standard, the ton bag also needs to consider the anti-aging function of the suture and the effect of the suture on the tensile strength of the base fabric. When packaging powder, toxic, and fear of purification items, the first thing to do is to solve the sealing problem. Therefore, in the actual design, the big bag is sewn with thick thread and fine needle or non-woven fabric and the base fabric to improve the sealing. In addition, when sewing big bags, it is required to use polyester thread with a strength of more than 18kg to ensure that the sewing strength reaches the national standard.
(4) Filament strength
In order to ensure the strength of the base fabric of the ton bag, it is necessary to increase the tensile strength of the flat yarn. The strength of the flat wire should be above 0.4N/Tex, and the elongation should be 15-30%. In the actual production process, the amount of filler batchmate needs to be strictly controlled, generally around 2%. If the batchmate is increased too much or recycled material is added, the strength of the base fabric will decrease. Therefore, it is necessary to strictly control the quality of raw materials, and the ton bag should use the drawing raw materials consumed by on-orbit manufacturers whose melt index reaches the national standard.
