How to Pack Granules in Lined Bags Inside a Container

Feb 07, 2026

The following steps can be taken when using lined bags to pack granules inside a container:

• Installation and Securement: First, adjust the bag to the appropriate position and secure it firmly to the container using buckles and ropes. This step is crucial as securing the bag prevents it from breaking due to shaking during loading or transport.

• Granule Stacking: Next, begin loading the granules into the bag. During loading, ensure the granules are evenly distributed within the bag, creating a uniform stack. This helps prevent the bag from breaking due to uneven granule distribution and also ensures that the container space is fully utilized.

• Compression and Venting: Once the bag is full, it needs to be compressed. Gently compress the bag, ensuring the gaps between the granules are as small as possible, then open the bag to allow for full ventilation. This step helps ensure that the granules do not move or break due to vibration during transport and also maintains the stability of the bag.

Please note that during operation, ensure that relevant safety regulations are followed to avoid accidents during granule loading or bag handling. In addition, depending on the properties of the particles and the specifications of the container, other factors may need to be considered, such as the material, size, and load-bearing capacity of the bags.
