Supplements generally refer to nutrients such as vitamins, amino acids, and minerals. Most of their raw materials are granular powder, so the entire production and transportation process needs to meet food/pharmaceutical grade standards.

The bulk transportation of supplements and raw materials generally uses bulk bags, and this type of bulk bag generally requires three points to be noted.

26

1. Leakproof

Generally, small holes will be pierced in the piece of cloth during sewing, and the fine powder may leak out from the small holes or the weaving gap. Leak-proof container bags need special leak-proof design according to the transported goods, and use leak-proof strips, non-woven fabrics or double-layer bags according to the flow coefficient of the goods (the larger the easier it is to leak).

2. Manufacturer qualification

FIBC manufacturers have food-grade or pharmaceutical-grade production qualifications.

The container bag complies with GB/T 28118-2011 "Plastic and Aluminum Foil Composite Film and Bag for Food Packaging". GB/T 28117-2011 "Standard for Multi-layer Co-extruded Films, Bags, etc. for Food Packaging".

3. Antistatic

For those production environments that are prone to static electricity or the transported goods are dangerous goods, they need to comply with GB19434-2009 "Inspection Specification for Dangerous Goods Intermediate Bulk Containers".
