The most effective, easiest, most practical, and cheapest way to increase the transparency of the ton bag flat wire is to add 0.5% calcium carbonate filler masterbatch to pure drawing-grade polypropylene (the actual addition of calcium carbonate is about 0.4%).
The addition of calcium carbonate filler masterbatch will make the flat 76 silk opaque and become milky white. But adding less is a nucleating agent. The purpose of adding a nucleating agent to the plastic braiding raw material is to increase the nucleation center, so that the nucleation space of the spherulites when the polypropylene is crystallized becomes smaller, and the spherulites are forced to form very fine spherulites, and the light transmittance is enhanced.
The relationship between the amount of calcium carbonate filling masterbatch and the light transmittance is shown in Figure 3-2. The calcium carbonate masterbatch with good quality and fine particle size should be selected.
In addition, two points should be paid attention to in operation:
①The cooling water temperature of the film should be as low as possible, the cooling speed should be fast (increasing the stretching speed), and the crystallinity should be low, so that the crystal size will be smaller and the light transmittance will be improved;
②The draft ratio cannot be large to reduce the refractive index of light.
