Bundle bags are widely used as a kind of logistics packaging in various industries, but their operation methods are often overlooked, resulting in many problems during loading and unloading.
1. Loading:
First hang the bulk bag ring symmetrically on the beam of the filling machine so that the bottom of the bulk bag touches the ground, then open the loading port of the bulk bag, insert the loading barrel and clamp it with the clamping device to prevent dust or particles from leaking out. Start the filling machine and pour the raw materials into the bag from the loading port. When filling, straighten the bag body before proceeding. After filling, close the loading port. If a bulk bag with a discharge port is used, check whether the bottom is tied before filling.
2. Loading:
Hang the bulk bag ring evenly on the lifting device, and choose a forklift, crane, etc.,according to the type of bulk bag and the load weight. The hook should be hung in the center of the sling rope. Do not lift the ton bag obliquely, on one side or diagonally, and do not pull the sling in the opposite direction to the outside. If you use a forklift to load the container bag, be careful not to let the fork touch or puncture the bag to avoid damage. Then start the lifting device to slowly lift the container bag. After reaching a certain height, evenly lay it on the car (or train) platform. If it is not loaded and transported immediately, it should be stacked neatly in the workplace and should not be squeezed, tilted, collided, etc.
3. Storage:
However, if it cannot be transported immediately due to circumstances, to avoid material damage, the container bag should be stored in the warehouse, and the surrounding environment should be kept away from water, steam, moisture and high temperature sources. If stored outdoors, in addition to meeting the above environmental conditions, it should also be covered with a tarpaulin to avoid direct sunlight.
4. Unloading:
Use a forklift or crane to lift the container bag, align it with the mouth of the material trough or other container, open the material opening rope at the bottom of the bag body, and the raw materials can fall by themselves to complete the unloading. For disposable bulk bags, you can use appropriate tools to puncture the bottom of the bag from a distance to unload the materials. Do not stand under the bulk bag during the lifting and unloading operation.
