Many customers will reflect some problems in the use of container bags, such as the damage of the base cloth, the damage of the sling, the blast line of the belt... Ben will fall! Why is this? Is it because of the poor quality of the container bags? Or is there something wrong with the way you use it? The quality of container bags varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, so I will not explain too much here.
Before loading, the bag is usually suspended by a lifting device, the bottom of the bag touches the ground or the tray, and then the mouth of the bag is opened, put into the charging cylinder and clamped to prevent dust or particles from leaking out.Start the filling machine to load the raw materials into the bag from the filling port. The bag body needs to be straightened before entering the operation.
Close the discharge port after filling.
If the container has a discharge port or other discharge part, check whether it is tied or closed before loading. The height of the filled container bag should be 0.5 to 2 times the minimum side length (rectangular bottom) or the bottom diameter (circular bottom) of the container bag, so that the container bag is relatively stable when stacked.
Other factors that affect the stability of container bags are: the flow characteristics of loaded materials, the hollow space of the bag body and the air trapped in the bag body. The stacking stability of the bags can be improved by shaking the bags during loading and squeezing the retained air after loading.
When loading and unloading by forklift, the pallet at the foot of the car and the bottom of the goods should be unloaded, and the top of the goods should not be pulled out by the two hanging lugs outside. In the absence of pallets, also try to fork the four lugs together to unload. To prevent the packaging bag from being damaged due to the uneven force of the goods, the container bag is usually discharged by gravity, but sometimes the suction tube is also used to discharge the material. When gravity is used for unloading, the unloading speed can be controlled by adjusting the size of the discharge port.
For secondary container bags, the bottom of the bag can be simply cut to complete the discharge. To cut the bottom of the disposable container bag, use a cutting knife with a handle of appropriate length. The container bag with discharge port should be safely suspended, and then the operator unfasten the rope of the discharge port. Operators should never stand under the container bags. When loading and unloading, appropriate dust control measures should also be taken to prevent the loading material from flying. If the environment is damaged by static electricity, take appropriate measures.
