Recycling packaging is increasingly valued by manufacturers as a way for businesses to reduce costs and improve production efficiency. Driven by user demand, companies from various backgrounds have been trying to participate in the container liner/giant bag recycling industry in recent years. They offer different types of products, making it difficult to distinguish their advantages and disadvantages. Based on our years of experience in recycling container liner/giant bags, users should pay attention to the following points regarding the quality of container liner products to avoid potential risks after large-scale use:
1. Product Weight: Ordinary container liner bags, as a common logistics packaging container, have advantages such as light weight and low labor requirements. Typically, a worker can handle hundreds of bags at a time. After recycling, the durability and strength of the product are usually considered, so the weight of the recycled bag is inevitably greater than that of an ordinary container liner bag. To meet recycling requirements, a certain increase in weight should be considered reasonable. However, some recycled bags on the market weigh 3-4 times more than ordinary container liner bags, which increases the labor intensity for workers. As a result, the practicality of the container liner bag is greatly reduced.
2. Leak-proof performance: The powdery and granular dry bulk cargo used to load container liners can sometimes be as thin as a few micrometers, requiring the liner material to have high leak-proof properties. After recycling, the bag seams stretch under gravity, potentially creating new leak points. Therefore, to assess the suitability of recycled container liners, users should not only observe leakage during use but also evaluate leakage after multiple uses.
3. Moisture-proof performance: In addition to leak-proof performance, container liners should also have good moisture-proof properties to prevent losses due to moisture. Therefore, users should frequently observe the humidity of the cargo when using reusable container liners to avoid damage. Especially in areas with high rainfall, companies should repeatedly verify the moisture resistance of their products before large-scale use.
4. Convenient unloading: The unloading process for reusable container liners differs from that of ordinary container liners. The unloading efficiency of reusable container liners should, in principle, not be significantly lower than that of ordinary container liners. The entire unloading process should be completed within one minute. If this condition is not met, the product is clearly not practical.
