Ton bags are used to pack and hold some heavy items, so they need to follow certain design principles when designing, which requires our attention.
The first is safety, which mainly refers to the strength of the container bag. When designing, the packaging volume, weight of the contents and number of packaging units, transportation distance and number of handlings, as well as transportation tools and transportation methods should be considered.
The second is storability. According to the user's usage conditions, materials, and configuration proportions should be reasonably selected.
The third is usability. When designing, we must fully consider the specific ways and methods of customers using container bags, such as lifting, transportation methods, loading material performance, etc. The fourth is sealing. Different packaging materials have different sealing requirements.
Since the use of ton bags is for heavier items, many aspects need to be considered in the design, otherwise it will affect our use. There are waterproof and moisture-proof issues when using ton bags. The ton bags should be dried immediately after use. Acidic substances should be prevented from coming into contact with large bags, and when transporting acidic substances, acidic substances need to be packed well.
The ton bag cannot be placed in a place exposed to sunlight, because long-term exposure to sunlight will directly cause damage to the ton bag. Sunlight contains ultraviolet rays, and ultraviolet rays will directly oxidize the polypropylene material. In addition, local differences in temperature and humidity should also be considered. Due to the different reflections of water vapor, dust, etc. in the air, corresponding maintenance must be done.
