Check the material selection of the base cloth. When designing the ton bag, the weight of the loaded goods must first be determined, and the volume of the container bag should be determined according to the specific gravity of the packaged materials. It also depends on whether the loaded material is a sharp and hard block material. If so, the base fabric should be thicker when designing the container bag. On the contrary, it can be thinner.


In the actual design, for a container bag with a load of 500kg, the base fabric is generally selected (150-170) G/m2, the longitudinal and transverse tensile strength of the base fabric is (1470-1700) N/5cm, and the elongation is 20%-35%. For container bags with a load of more than 1000kg, the base fabric is generally selected (170-210) G/m2, the longitudinal and transverse tensile strength of the base fabric is (1700-2000) N/5cm, and the elongation is 20%-35%. To improve the monofilament strength, to ensure the strength of the base fabric, the tensile strength of the filament should be improved. The relative strength of the flat wire should be above 0.4N/tex, and the elongation should be 15%-30%. In the actual processing process, the amount of filler masterbatch needs to be strictly controlled, generally around 2%. If too much masterbatch is added, or recycled materials are added, the strength of the base fabric will decrease. Therefore, we must strictly control the quality of raw materials, and select wire drawing raw materials produced by regular manufacturers whose melt index reaches the national standard. The material selection of the sling is related to the design of the container bag, and the material selection is very important.


The national standard clearly stipulates a safety factor of 1:6. In the actual design, first, the loss of the strength of the sling during the sewing process should be considered; second, the hoisting method should be considered. For example, for a container bag with a load of 500kg, the sling is generally selected (50-60) g/m, and the tension is (1300-1800) N/m; for a container bag with a load of 1000 kg, generally (60-75) g/m is selected, and the tension is between (1800-2000) N/m, it is required that the sling should meet the weaving density requirement. In addition, when designing the sling, two rings, four rings, etc. can be used to increase the tensile strength. Add additives to prolong the service life In order to improve the anti-aging ability of the feed container bag under sunlight, a certain amount of anti-purple agent and stabilizer should be added in the flat wire drawing process. According to the length of the container bag service life (half a year or 1 year), determine the filling amount, generally between (0.1-3)%. Some enterprises add anti-aging masterbatch made by mixing stabilizer, anti-purple agent and other additives, and the effect is also very good.
