At the same time, in recent years, the main tasks of the inspection of ton bags have also increased year by year, especially the arbitration inspection of the quality of ton bags has been added. has higher requirements. The GB10454-1989 "flexible container bag" standard has been implemented for more than ten years. Combined with the students we need for long-term testing and research work, we will talk about several aspects of the ton bag testing work.
1. GB10454-1989 "Technical Requirements for Ton Bags" stipulates that the tolerance of the ton bag size is less than 1000 mm ± 20 mm and greater than 1000 mm ± 30 mm.
2. Table 5 of the GB10454-1989 standard specifies the material index of the ton bag, that is, the strength of the cloth mouth and the mouth, and the requirement is ≥828N5cm. Due to the low burden on this part of the fabric, in the long-term inspection work, it was found that the manufacturer did not use high strength in this part of the fabric, and no effect was found in the actual use process. However, if the inspection is carried out according to the current standard, the test result is unqualified , we suggest that the strength index of the base cloth should be appropriately reduced on site.
3. Test method for ton bags.
Regarding the measurement of the diameter of round big bags, the GB10454-1989 standard specifies the method of measuring the folded diameter of round big bags and converting it to diameter. We know that some round big bags are made of cylindrical cloth. In order to calculate the diameter of the finished bag, the folded diameter can be easily measured during production. However, the raw material of some round ton bags is not a cylindrical cloth, but a flat cloth. During the production and processing process, the circumference should be converted into a diameter, which may cause errors in the diameter of the finished bag during the sewing process.
