So what should be paid attention to when sewing ton bags?
1. Number of strands, breaking strength of double wires, twist, twist direction. Number of strands: Each thread is twisted by several strands, usually 2-12 strands;
2. Use a special sewing thread for large bags. The sewing thread should not have leaks, curls, floating lines, cracks, etc., and the materials of the upper and lower threads should be the same;
3. The stitches of the ton bag are in the shape of a rectangle, and there is a dead button about every 10 centimeters;
4. When sewing at the level of the ton bag, pay attention to the alignment of the edges, and repeat the sewing back and forth 3 times. The thread ends should be cleaned, and the stitches should be evenly routed;
5. The specification of line density (tex) and English count (Ne). Line density is the quality standard to measure the unit length of a long object. For sewing thread, it can be regarded as the thickness of the thread.
