Short lines are not allowed in container bags

Jan 22, 2024

There are many processes in the production and manufacturing process of container bags, one of which is the wire drawing process. The width of the wire and the lightness of the pulling force directly determine the quality of the container bag.

Drawing process of container bags
When drawing, after extruding the plastic film, you need to pay attention to the following matters. After the extruded molten film is cooled, the appropriate knife distance is selected according to the type of flat filament for cutting. When cutting, try to maintain the uniformity of the flat film. The cut flat film needs to be thermally stretched to obtain a flat yarn with greater tensile strength. However, to avoid large shrinkage of the flat yarn during the subsequent weaving process, it should also be heat-set. After passing such a series of cutting and drawing tests, the quality of the container bag can be characterized.
Therefore, the flat wire drawing process of container bags is still very unpredictable.

For high-quality and frequently used packaging products such as container bags, some faults are inevitable, and disconnection of these faults is one of the very important problems, and how to solve them has become a top priority. Thread breakage is a common problem encountered in the production and sewing of container bags. The quality of the stitches does not meet the requirements, the machine is not adjusted properly, the parts passing the thread have sharp edges, there are problems with the operating methods, and the needle is not sufficiently cooled, etc., all can lead to thread breakage.
When using a lockstitch container bag sewing machine to sew products of uneven thickness and encounter thread breakage problems, in addition to considering and analyzing the above reasons one by one, you should also pay attention to the thread breakage caused by two hook threads. It is well known in the sewing machine industry that due to the need to allocate action cycles in design, the transmission ratio between the upper shaft and the rotary hook of a lock stitch container bag sewing machine is 1:2. That is, the upper shaft rotates once and the hook shaft rotates twice.
