Container bags are generally made of polyester fibers such as polypropylene and polyethylene. Their appearance has greatly facilitated people's production and life.
1. Structural technical requirements
(1) The strength of the waist hoop should be more than twice the strength of the base fabric.
(2) The waist hoop must be sewn on the outside of the sling to increase its strength.
(3) The bag body with side seams must be sewn under any sling to increase the strength of the side seams.
2. Sewing technical requirements
(1) The tensile strength of the side seam must reach more than 67% of the strength of the base fabric.
(2) The tensile strength of the bottom seam must reach more than 42% of the strength of the base fabric.
(3) The sewing requires straightness, no loose needles or broken threads, no floating threads or hanging needles, and the backstitching at the starting and ending points must be no less than three needles. The length of the slings must be equal, and the overlap must be uniform and straight.
(4) The container bag must be straight and crisp, without obvious warp or weft defects or obvious stains on the surface, and the printed pattern on the bag must be clear and accurately positioned.
