Flexible container bags are woven from polypropylene flat yarns. Because of this woven structure, very small materials may leak from the weaving gap or sewing thread holes, such as fine sand, fine powder and the like. If you use uncoated bulk bags for powdered products, when you hit one side of the bulk bag, you will see dust clouds of products leaking out of the bulk bag. Although in some scenarios, it doesn't matter; in other scenarios, it is not allowed. The structure of the film-coated container bag is the same as that of the uncoated container bag. However, before the bag is sewn and formed, an extra layer of polypropylene film will be coated on the piece of cloth to seal the gap between the tape weaving. The coating film is the most common in the bag, because it can avoid the powder products from embedding on the woven tape during discharge. If you are not very familiar with flexible FIBCs, the coating layer may be difficult to see. The easiest way is to squeeze the woven piece of cloth to see if the flat wire is loose and move. Remember to try it on the inside and outside of the bag. If the flat wire does not move loosely, you can basically make sure that the bag is coated with film.
