According to statistics, there are three major problems in the current container bag industry. One is that the industrial distribution and development are unbalanced, and there is an imbalance between production and sales; the other is serious environmental pollution; the third is that the industry's profits are low and the product quality is not good enough.
1. Unbalanced industrial distribution, unbalanced development of production areas, unbalanced production and sales
The production of the container bag industry is obviously regional, and currently it is mainly concentrated in Guangdong, Jiangxi, Shandong, Fujian and other provinces. In these areas, the container bag industry has a solid foundation and complete system, which has a wide range of influences and provides many employment opportunities. It has become a local traditional pillar industry and has made great contributions to the local economic construction. At the same time, there is also an excessive concentration of FIBC companies in some regions. With the continuous expansion of enterprises, the continuous expansion of production lines, and the continuous expansion of total production, resulting in serious excess capacity, imbalance between supply and demand, serious pollution in the region, and resource depletion problems. In the northwest, northeast, Inner Mongolia and other regions, the overall economic level is limited. Although there are resource advantages, the overall level of the container bag industry is backward, and there is huge room for development.
2. Serious environmental pollution, high energy consumption, and excessive exploitation of clay resources
The container bag industry itself is a high energy consumption and high pollution industry. A large amount of mineral resources and energy are consumed in the production process, and the generated waste gas, waste water, waste residue and dust cause serious pollution to the environment. In some areas where the container bag industry is highly intensive and economically developed, the container bag industry is particularly serious for environmental pollution such as air and land. In many places, the over-exploitation of non-renewable mineral resources has greatly damaged the ecological environment, and the recycling and reuse of FIBC waste is basically in a blank state. This situation not only leads to excessive consumption of domestic mineral resources and energy, but also hinders the sustainable development of my country's FIBC industry.
3. The industry profit level is low, and the product quality is seriously low
Although my country is a big country in the production of container bags, it is not a strong country. The products are mainly middle and low grade, with low added value and low price in the international market. The overcapacity of container bags, the supply exceeds the demand, and the enterprises compete for the market to lower prices, and the profit level of the industry continues to decline. Enterprises lack independent innovation ability, product homogeneity is serious, and international market competitiveness is not strong. It is reasonable that there are problems in the development of the industry, but how can FIBC companies use resources rationally, reduce energy consumption, reduce environmental pollution, improve the quality of FIBC products, and develop together in the face of market pressure? This is the question that all container bag companies need to think about.
