The flat yarn process is a process in the production of large bags. In the production process, there are four indicators for its flat yarn process indicators, which will measure the quality of the container bag.
1. Mechanical properties. Mainly include breaking force, relative breaking force, elongation at break, linear speed, and linear density deviation. For specific regulations, please refer to the national standard GB/T8946 for plastic woven bags.
2. Physicochemical modification. Mainly include blending modification, mixing ratio, adding ratio of functional additives, and blending ratio of waste recycled materials.
3. Rheology of physical properties. There are mainly draft ratio, inflation ratio, draft ratio, and retraction ratio.
4. Tolerance size. There are mainly flat wire thickness, flat wire width, etc. Among them, the thickness of the flat yarn refers to the thickness of the divided yarn after drawing; the thickness determines the unit area of the fabric, which is what we often call the gram weight, which is also a common indicator for us to measure the container bag. At the same time, if the wholesale of large bag manufacturers has determined the width of the flat wire, then the thickness of the flat wire is the determining factor for the linear density of the flat wire.
