Heat resistance test of ton bags: Take some samples from the bags, compound them with 9.8n, and then bake them in the oven. After an hour, they were able to separate smoothly. If not bonded together, it is considered to comply with national standards. The second is resistance to the decline. In a normal temperature environment, if the material in the ton bag falls freely according to a certain test sequence and does not leak out, it will be deemed to comply with national standards.

Choose screen printing:
Screen printing is a printing method with a very high utilization rate. Choose stencil printing and use pressure difference to print ink on plastic bias woven bags.
1. Use graphics and text to dry a photo effect layout, and then cut it according to the set size. By using wood, aluminum, etc. as the skeleton, a removable silk screen is obtained.
2. Prepare the appropriate ink and use a squeegee to evenly change the selected ink on the loose screen. This process is called scraping.
3. Stick the ink evenly on the ton bag and the printing is completed.
As for ton bags with a large printing area, you only need to pour the ink directly onto the movable surface screen plate, directly surpassing the scraping printing process. It should also be noted that the prepared ink should be neither too thin nor too dry, otherwise it will cause printing failure.
