1. Round/square ton bags
Also called tubular ton bags, it is a tubular fabric woven by a circular loom and then cut into the length of the specified bag. The bag body of the container bag is tubular without seams and is equipped with top and bottom material opening structures and lifting rings to form a complete conventional ton bag.
2. U-shaped ton bags
As the name suggests, the two sides and one bottom of the ton bag form an overall "U"-shaped panel shape, and the other two sides are sewn along the edges to form a complete container bag body. The seams can be sewn with lock lines to achieve a reinforcement effect.
3. Four-sided sewn ton bags
This type of bag is made of four independent pieces of fabric sewn together, and the bottom piece is sewn to form the container bag body.
4. Inner rib/baffle ton bag
This type of ton bag has baffles sewn on the four corners of the bag body. When filling the container bag, the baffles can prevent the sides of the bag from bulging. After the container bag is evenly filled, the original shape of the cubic bag body can be maintained. Compared with other styles of container bags, the inner rib ton bag has a more square appearance, improves loading stability, and makes more effective use of storage space or cabin space.
