Characteristics of container bags
① It has sufficient strength in structure and is easy to operate for loading and unloading. It is accustomed to mechanized loading and unloading rather than manual operation. Operators use cranes or forklifts to move goods, which improves work efficiency.
② The raw material of the container bag has good barrier properties and good structural sealing. It is difficult for moisture, debris, and dust to mix in, and it has a good protective effect on the product. It is also light, soft, high in strength, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, moisture-proof, and leak-proof. It is suitable for packaging powdery, flaky, and granular solid products and is easy to transport and store.
③ No need to repackage. Compared with other packaging materials, container bags generally do not require pallets, which greatly saves packaging costs.
④ The container bag can be folded flat, and the package is transported to the end user and folded after unloading. It only takes up a very small storage space, and the container bag used for 1 ton of goods generally weighs only 3.5 to 4.5kg. Therefore, the container bag The use of bagging is more convenient and economical.
⑤Container bags can generally be customized according to the special needs of end users, including the size of the bag body and loading and unloading openings, the style of the sling, the specifications of the base fabric, whether coating is required, whether an inner bag is required, etc. It can also be designed according to the characteristics of the product.
Application of container bags
① Loading.
First, hang the container bag lifting ring symmetrically on the beam of the filling machine so that the bottom of the container bag is basically in contact with the ground. Then open the filling port of the container bag, insert it into the charging barrel, and clamp it with the clamping device to avoid Dust or particles escaping. Start the filling machine and put the raw materials into the bag from the filling port. When filling, straighten the bag body first and then fill. After filling, close the filling port. If a container bag with a discharge opening is used, check whether the bottom is tied properly before filling.
② Loading the vehicle.
Hang the container bag lifting rings evenly on the lifting equipment. Depending on the type and loading weight of the container bag, a forklift, crane, crane, etc. can be used. If a forklift is used to lift the container bag, the shovel plate should be adjusted to the appropriate position, and the container bag should be close to the forklift and not tilt forward. In order to ensure the balance of the center of gravity of the bag when hoisting, be careful not to hang a single ring. Then, start the lifting device to slowly lift the container bag. After reaching a certain height, place it evenly on the train (or car) platform. If they do not need to be loaded and transported immediately, they should be stacked neatly and uniformly at the work site. During the hoisting and stacking process, they should not be squeezed, tilted, or collided with each other.
③ Storage.
In principle, the container bag should be loaded and taken away immediately after being loaded with materials. However, if circumstances require that it cannot be transported immediately, in order to prevent material damage, the container bag should be stored in a warehouse and the environment should be away from water, steam, moisture and When high-temperature sources are stored outdoors, in addition to meeting the above environmental conditions, they should also be covered with tarpaulin and protected from direct sunlight.
④ Unloading.
Lift the container bag with a forklift or crane, aim it at the mouth of the trough or other container, and open the material opening tether at the bottom of the bag body. The material can fall down on its own to complete the unloading. For disposable container bags, a suitable tool can be used to pierce the bottom of the bag from a distance and then the material can be discharged. During lifting and unloading operations, do not stand under the container bag.
