Oct 16, 2021

The production of container bag cloth is usually divided into three parts: base cloth (wall cloth), upper and lower bottom cloth, feed and discharge port tube cloth. The characteristics of container bag base cloth: the container bag must hold 1~2 tons of goods. Therefore, there are two basic requirements for the woven bag base fabric: 1 is the width of the cloth is wide enough; 2 is the strength and thickness. 14X14 high-denier flat yarn is commonly used internationally to weave. The upper and lower bottom fabrics are currently easy to transport and stack, so both round and square bags are sewn with the top and bottom bottoms. The way to hide the inlet and outlet openings is especially emphasized: the bottom fabric is also made of 14X14 high denier flat due to heavy stress. Silk is used for weaving, the upper base fabric can be made of ordinary woven bags, but because the upper and lower base fabrics are of the same size, in order to facilitate production and reduce the process flow, most manufacturers use 14X14 high denier flat yarns to weave the inlet and outlet tube fabrics. The tube cloth used in the feeding and discharging port is generally woven with ordinary woven cloth, that is, 10X10 low-denier flat yarn.
