When the ton bag manufacturer is working, don't let it rub against other items, and don't have any collision with other items. If the hook or other things collide with our ton bag, it is likely to be broken it scratches. So what are the requirements for the appearance of large bags in the production process?
Appearance requirements are as follows:
1. There must not be two broken holes in the same place on the warp and weft threads of the base fabric, and there must be no less than two sparse holes in 100mm2, and there must be no obvious wrong weaving.
2. The coating film of the base fabric should not have composite quality problems such as breakage, lack of film, interlayer, blistering, and hard lumps.
3. The printed patterns, characters and marks are correct and clear, and the positions are accurate.
4. The straps need to be the same length, and the deviation cannot be greater than 40mm.
5. The sewing is required to be straight, without needle drop, broken thread, floating thread, no hanging needle, over-needle, and no less than 3 needles at the needle drop point.
6. The printed patterns, characters and marks are correct and clear, and the positions are accurate.
Performance test method:
Ton bags used as transport packaging for export commodities must undergo top lifting tests, dumping tests, vertical impact drop tests, upright tests, tear propagation tests, etc. The big bags are only subjected to vertical impact drop test, dumping test and base fabric test.
