1. During the operation of liter bags, please do not stand directly under the liter bag operation truck.
2. Please hang the hook in the middle of the big bag, don't have to hang it diagonally, hang it on one side or hang it on the bag.
3. Do not rub, scratch or hit the bag with other objects during the actual operation of the ton bag.
4. Do not pull the ton bag in the opposite direction.
When using an electric forklift to perform FIBC operations, do not allow the fork to touch or pierce the bag to prevent puncture.
6. When transporting in the production workshop, the tray should be used as much as possible to prevent hanging the bag with a large number of hooks or shaking the transport.
7. When loading, unloading, transporting, and stacking, please keep the bag standing.
8. Before each use, please carefully check whether there are any defects, whether there are product markings and performance parameters that do not conform to the regulations. If product markings or product defects are found, the use of large bags should be stopped immediately, and the packaging manufacturer should be required to conduct technical and professional inspections.
9. In the process of using ton bags, please regularly maintain whether the ton bags are defective or damaged, and whether they are damaged due to wavy environmental pollution, which may also damage the safety factor of the ton bag reuse. If it is suspected that it is not suitable for re-use, or all the necessary markings have been lost or cannot be identified, then the ton bag must be terminated and checked by a professional technician.
