3. During the actual operation of the ton bag, do not rub, scratch or hit the bag with other objects.
4. Do not pull the big bag in reverse. When using an electric forklift for FIBC operations, never allow the fork to touch or pierce the bag to prevent piercing.
5. When transporting in the production workshop, the tray should be used as much as possible to prevent hanging the bag with a lot of hooks, or shaking the transport.
6. When loading and unloading, please keep the bag upright when stacking.
7. Before each use, please carefully check whether there are defects, and whether there are commodity marks and performance parameters that do not conform to the regulations. If commodity marks or commodity defects are found, the use of big bags should be stopped immediately, and the packaging manufacturer should be required to conduct technical professional inspection.
8. In the process of using the ton bag, please regularly maintain whether the ton bag is defective or damaged, and whether it is damaged due to wavy environmental pollution, which may also damage the coefficient of re-use of the ton bag. If it is suspected that it is not suitable for reuse, or that all required markings have been lost or unrecognizable, then be sure to terminate the big bag and take it to a professional technician for inspection.
