Automatic Sewing Machine

The machine can be assembled on a conveyor. When the bag filled with materials arrives near the machine, the photoelectric switch will control the machine to start automatically and sew the bag opening. After each bag is sewn, the wire braid will be automatically cut, and then the machine will automatically stop.

1. Remove the shuttle and pull out the bottom line about 10 cm;
2. Replace qualified parts as required, adjust the height of the needle bar, the spacing, and the gap between the needle and the hook tip; chemical fiber thread should be cooled by the needle (silicone oil);
3. Slow down the sewing speed and increase the smoothness of the surface thread;
4. Adjust the thread trimming cam coordination time;
5. According to the sewing material, move the presser foot to the left or right, or fill the wide groove with solder and then open a narrower groove, and polish or replace the qualified presser foot

• When in use, the bag sewing machine must be mounted on a pre-prepared column;
• After turning on the power, the conveyor starts to run and conveys the bag filled with materials forward;
• When the bag reaches the presser foot of the bag sewing machine, step on the foot switch to start the bag sewing machine and start sewing;
• After sewing each bag, push the bag corner by hand, the cutter cuts the braid and releases the foot switch to stop the bag sewing machine.
