Measure with a ruler accurate to 1mm. Treat the side of a 1-meter container bag (for example, 550×900ram is 1m2), if the diameter of the oil stain is much smaller than 8 mm, and its quantity is much smaller than the cleaning volume, the project regulations can pass the -y-0 acceptance. If it is close to the requirements of the cleaning item, use a ruler to measure the width of the bag surface, and calculate the area for detailed accounting. If the diameter of the oil is found to be close to 8 mm, it should be carefully measured. The size of the oil stain (IIx82=50mm).
The big bag is made of polypropylene as the main raw material. After adding a small amount of stable condiments and mixing evenly, the plastic film is melted and extruded by the extruder, cut into filaments, then stretched, and made into high-strength and low-elongation by heat setting. The PP raw silk is woven and coated to make the base cloth of plastic woven cloth, which is sewn with accessories such as slings to make a ton bag.
"Safety factor" is the ratio between the maximum load capacity of the product and the rated design load. The main idea is to load several tons of content on the big bag and lift it up repeatedly to see if there is any abnormality in the content and bag body, and whether the joint is damaged. In similar domestic and foreign standards, the safety factor is generally set at 5-6 times. The five times safety factor big bag products can be used safely for a longer period of time. The indisputable fact is that if anti-ultraviolet additives are added, the application range of the big bag is wider and the competitiveness is stronger.
For this detection method, the big bag is basically strictly implemented in accordance with the relevant requirements, but for some special requirements, the big bag products will be different, which is also due to the different uses and the differences between the manufacturers.
