What are the problems often encountered in the printing of ton bag ink?
(1)Back sticking
Phenomenon: After the plastic woven bag is printed, the ink layers stick to each other. Reasons for the failure: 1. There is a dry false image after printing. 2. The angle of the drying device is wrong or faulty. 3. Because the printing speed is too fast, the rewinding is too tight. 4. The storage stack pressure is too large. 5. The ink is too thin and the back is printed.
Remedy: 1. Improve the drying speed of the ink. 2. Increase the ventilation and check the angle of the drying device. 3. Slow down the printing speed. 4. When printing, the stacking should be less or the storage stacking load should be light. 5. Adjust the ink viscosity or change another ink.
(2)Poor printing fastness
Phenomenon: After the plastic woven bag is printed, the color of the ink layer fades. Reasons for the failure: 1. The corona on the surface of PPPE is not well handled. 2. The temperature and relative humidity of the printing workshop are too large. 3. The dissolved hydrogen bonding force of the ink system is too different from that of the woven bag substrate.
Elimination methods: 1. The surface of the woven bag substrate reaches about 38 dines. 2. Try to control the relative humidity of the workshop between 50-60%, but not too low. When it is lower than 40%, it is easy to generate static electricity. It is better to control the room temperature at 18-23 degrees, and keep the environment clean and air circulation. 3. The selection of ink should be very careful (same nature), the use of ink should be appropriate, and the ink with low viscosity and high resin content in the ink system should be used.
(3)Bleeding
Causes of failure: 1. The edge of the printed image and text is colored (usually caused by the selection of dyes in the ink). 2. The paint used is not matched properly. 3. Too much thinner is used, especially the poor solubility of thinner and ink.
Remedy: 1. Add gold tune oil or add coupling agent to the ink. 2. Replace with new ink. 3. Use thinner materials as little as possible, especially solvents that are miscible with ink.
(4)The ink film is dull
Failure reasons: 1. Poor gloss. 2. The ink is rough. 3. The ink dries too fast. 4. The resin composition of the ink system is small or the matting agent is added wrongly.
Remedy: 1. Add an appropriate amount of varnish to the ink. 2. Regrind or filter the ink. 3. Add water or original ink. 4. Do not add or add matting agents (such as wax, silica, etc.) as much as possible.
