The production equipment and process of the separation-type lining film ton bag are relatively simple, the equipment investment is low, and the application is very wide. The inner and outer bags are separated, the inner bag is a blown film bag, the outer bag is a ton bag, and the inner bag is slightly larger in length and width than the outer bag. When holding materials, the inner and outer bags of the bag are not evenly labored and easily damaged. In addition, the inner lining film bag and the outer bag need to be manually assembled, and the inner and outer bags at the mouth of the bag should be aligned and sewed together. The production efficiency is low, the labor waste is large, and continuous production cannot be carried out. A skilled operator manually sets the bag every day. Only about 1,000 stitches can be completed, and only about 300 stitches can be completed per person per day with a hinge sewing machine.

The production of laminating ton bags must go through lamination process, and use laminating machine to coat a layer of plastic film with a thickness of about 0.02~0.04mm on the outside of the woven tube. When the film is extruded, the temperature of the extruded film is 300 °C, and the newly extruded film and the woven cloth are firmly bonded by a pair of cooling rollers, but such a high temperature reduces the strength of the cloth surface, the elasticity becomes smaller, and the bag surface is brittle. Increase, the bag is easily damaged when dropped.
