Before we use FIBC, we must ensure that its quality is qualified and its performance meets the requirements. Let's take a look at its pressure and drop test methods.
During the pressure test, the full-load container bag needs to be placed on the press for a pressure test. The pressure applied by the press is four times the full load of the container bag, or the static load method is used, that is, four-layer full bag If the content does not overflow and the bag body is not damaged, it means that the container bag has passed the test. During the drop test, lift the full-load container bag with a lifting device. The bottom of the bag is more than 0.8m away from the ground, and then drop vertically once to a hard and flat ground. If the content does not overflow, the container bag body will not If it is damaged, it means that it has passed the test.
When filling, align the mouth of the container bag with the mouth of the filling funnel and tie it tightly to avoid leakage of dust or particles. FIBCs are usually hung up for filling, and pallets are placed underneath so that they can be pulled away after being filled.
