1. The production of container bags should be strict to the requirements of the "Container Bag Production Process Sheet". The appearance should be beautiful, without thread ends, pollution, or damage, and the printed pattern of the container bag should be clear and accurately positioned.
2. The parts must not have defects, odor, or base fabric, and the coating should be firm and without floating film.
3. Sewing requirements:
(1) The sewing size should be ±1CM according to the process sheet requirements, and the stitch length should be 07-0.9CM/needle.
(2) The starting and ending needles must overlap SCM on the same entanglement line (the stop needle presses the starting needle). The reinforcing cloth starts at the upper left, the sewing line is 1CM away from the edge, the material bag is 1CM away from the edge, and the starting needle is reversed.
(3) Use sewing thread as required, and the sewing thread must not overlap, leak, float, miss, or fall off the kang. The upper and lower threads should be consistent in tightness.
(4) The length of the sewing thread ends should not exceed 1.5CM. (5) The starting stitch of the square bag must be within 10cm from the corner.
(6) The sling, reinforcement cloth, and wrapping cloth must not have any misaligned, crooked, or twisted stitches.
(7) The body and the bottom are connected, the double folded edges must be aligned, and 3 sewing lines are sewn with a width of about 2CM. No obvious wrinkles are allowed. The lines are even and do not overlap. The stop needle presses the starting stitch.
(8) The sewing line of the sling is 0. SCM away from the edge, and the sewing line is 1CM away from the sling head. The main body of the sling should be evenly divided.
(9) Reinforcement cloth, cover cloth, and chrysanthemum mouth (10CMX 10CM) must not have any loose threads or hot melts.
(10) When sewing the chrysanthemum mouth reinforcement cloth, the stringing part is 3CM, the remaining part is 2CM, and the cover cloth is 100M.
(11) The top and bottom of the sling and the row mouth are connected, and the sewing line inside the Z presses the top. The inner circle mark at the bottom must not be exceeded. When sewing the second seam, it should be about 0.5 cm away from the first seam, and no overlap is allowed.
(12) The main body seam is located under the sling, with a width of 3CM (12CM for cleaning), and 3 lines.
(13) The drawstring, rope head, and label of the outlet are on the same axis.
(14) The quality inspection number, re-inspection number, and sewing number on the label should be clear.
4. Fold according to the specifications and have a neat and beautiful appearance.
The LOCK should be placed flat. The cover should be placed flat. The outlet should be tied tightly. Strengthen the rope head by 10-15CM, and have a slight tightening feeling.
5. The inner bag should have good transparency, "no impurities, spots, pollution, strong heat sealing without air, damage, etc. on the surface, and the effective size should be +1CM to -2CM.
