The flexible container bags used for the transportation and packaging of export commodities must be subjected to lifting test, dumping test, vertical impact drop test, upright test, tear expansion test, etc. The handle type flexible container bag is only subjected to vertical impact drop test, dumping test and base cloth test.
1. Jacking test: 6 times the load and pressure holding for 5 minutes.
2. Vertical impact drop test: Free drop from a height of 0.8m.
3. Dumping test: Pull down the shelf at a height of 0.8 meters, lift one end of the movable plate, and drop the sample bag on the ground.
4. Standing test: Lift the single or double straps (if there are four straps) off the ground to keep the bag away from the ground. During the above test, the bag body and sling shall not be damaged, and the contents shall not leak.
5. Tear expansion test: draw a length of 100 mm on the bag body, hang it off the ground at an angle of 45 degrees to the vertical line, apply twice the load, and keep it for 5 minutes. The incision extension length should not exceed 25% of the original incision length.
6. Appearance:
(1) The warp and weft threads of the base fabric are not allowed to break two holes in the same place, less than two loose ends are not allowed within 100mm2, and no obvious wrong weaving is allowed.
(2) Composite quality problems such as cracks, lack of film, decontamination, bubbles, and hard blocks are not allowed in the base cloth coating.
(3) The sewing should be straight and straight, with no off-thread, broken thread, floating thread, no dropper, over-seam, and no less than 3 stitches at the needle drop point.
(4) The length of the sling is required to be equal, and the limit deviation is 40mm.
(5) The printing pattern, text and mark are correct and clear, and the position is accurate.
