The international standard ton bag is a flexible transport packaging container. It has the advantages of moisture-proof, dust-proof, radiation-resistant, firm and safe, and has sufficient strength in structure. Since the loading and unloading and handling of ton bags are very convenient, the loading and unloading efficiency has been significantly improved, and it has developed rapidly in recent years. It can be widely used in the packaging of various powder, granular and bulk items such as chemicals, building materials, plastics, and minerals. It is an ideal product for storage, transportation and other industries.
The ton bag is made of polypropylene as the main raw material. After adding a small amount of stable condiments and mixing evenly, the plastic film is melted and extruded by an ext ruder, cut into filaments, and then stretched. It is made into high strength and low elongation by heat setting. The PP raw silk is then woven and coated to make the base cloth of plastic woven cloth, which is sewed with slings and other accessories to make a ton bag.
Points to note in the use of ton bags:
(1) Do not stand under the ton bag during the lifting operation.
(2) Please hang the hook on the central part of the sling or sling, do not hang it diagonally, single-sided hanging or diagonally pulling the ton bag.
(3) Do not rub, hook or collide with other items during operation.
(4) Do not pull the sling backwards to the outside.
(5) When using a forklift to operate the ton bag, please do not let the fork touch or pierce the bag body to prevent the ton bag from being punctured.
(6) When handling in the workshop, try to use pallets, avoid hanging the ton bag with a sling, and move it while shaking.
(7) Keep the big bag upright during loading, unloading and stacking.
(8) Do not hold the big bag upright.
(9) Do not drag the ton bag on the ground or concrete.
(10) When it is unavoidable to keep outdoors, the ton bag should be placed on the shelf, and the ton bag must be tightly covered with an opaque shed cloth.
(11) After use, wrap the ton bag with paper or opaque shed cloth and store it in a ventilated place.
