When it comes to packaging and transportation of goods, the first thing many people think of is to use "container bags" to hold products. It is a very common plastic woven product now and has been widely used in the industrial field because it contains a lot of materials and is load-bearing. It has strong performance and is much more convenient during transportation, making the transportation of bulk materials a very simple matter. However, it is quite common for container bags to break, so at this time, we need to repair it quickly before it can be put into normal use. So are there any tips for quick patching?
First of all, the production of container bags:
Base fabrics are usually produced by flat looms or shuttle circular looms. Rings, slings, and knots are usually completed by looms. Sewing thread can use nylon thread, polypropylene thread, polyester thread, or cotton thread. It is required to have a coefficient of more than 5 times, that is, its pressure resistance must withstand five times the strength of the loading weight. Moisture-proof function is required when necessary.
Secondly, the sewing method of container bags:
There are three sewing methods for container bags: flat stitch, interlocking method, and overlocking method. It can be customized according to customer needs and manufactured using different sewing methods. These are basically the necessary technologies for the production of container bags to ensure that the container bags produced are of high quality.
For example: the rupture point of the container bag is the handle of the container bag. At this time, it should be noted that this is the stress point and the place where cracks often occur. There are two ways to quickly repair it. One is to cut the cracked part at the original crack. Cut it off, and then use a sewing machine to patch it with double threads. The distance between the two stitches should be less than 10MM.
The other is to use a ton bag patch of the same material to patch the cracked area, with a straight double-line machine patch, and the distance between the outer suture and the periphery of the patch cloth is not less than 20MM. If the container bag is damaged on the side or bottom, it can only be repaired at this time using a sewing machine or a flat car. The butt seal is 3 needles and 5 threads. At this time, it should be noted that the size of the patch should be larger than the size of the damage, and the minimum distance should not be less than 20MM. If the labor is relatively heavy, it is recommended to repair the inner and outer layers so that the repaired ton bag will be stronger.
