What issues need to be considered when storing ton bags?
1. Supervision and control of the bulk bag material purchasing warehouse
    (1) Fireworks should be prohibited in raw material purchasing and packaging product warehouses, fire safety, heat insulation, waterproofing, lighting, and natural ventilation should be good, and they should be kept clean, tidy, and dry.
    (2) The purchase of raw materials and storage of packaging products must comply with their characteristics and regulations. The source of raw materials must be clear, must be inspected when entering the warehouse, and must be well marked.
    (3) Records must be established of the name, manufacturer, quality specification model, factory entry time, and quantity of various raw materials such as ton bags and other products to ensure that the accounts are consistent.
    (4) Raw materials must be stored in a fly-proof and mold-free manner and must be delivered according to the first-in, first-out method.
2. Supervision and control of production workshops such as ton bags
    (1) The environment of the production workshop must comply with product standards. Fireworks must be prohibited, high-temperature protection, waterproofing, lighting, and ventilation must be good. Keep clean and tidy. Stacking must be safe and standardized. The stacking height must not exceed 2m.
    (2) The production workshop should be fly-proof, mold-proof, and waterproof, and strictly follow the first-in, first-out method.
    (3) Finished products that have become moldy cannot be returned to the original factory and will be reimbursed.
3. Packaging design and transportation operations such as ton bags
    (1) It is necessary to ensure that the packaging such as ton bags is neatly designed, has zero pollution, is well packaged, and does not fall off during transportation.
    (2) No one is allowed to tear off the packaging without permission, and it is prohibited to repackage unqualified goods or return or exchange goods.
    (3) The transportation staff must ensure that the vehicles are clean and tidy, and the products such as ton bags are handled strictly. They must not leave their posts without permission during the delivery, and be out of position to further ensure the safety of the products.
