Test Standards for Base Fabrics for Container Bags
- Appearance Standards
1. Smooth and flat appearance, with no missing warps, sparse wefts, or skipped threads. Pass.
2. Neatly cut edges, no loose threads. Pass.
3. No creases on the roll, neatly wound, and uniform tightness. Pass.
4. The spacing between colored threads meets the specified requirements ±1 cm. Pass.
5. The fold width meets the process requirements +1 cm. Pass.
6. No obvious oil stains on the base fabric surface. Pass.
7. The base fabric weight tolerance is +2g-4g. Pass.
8. More than three sparse wefts are unacceptable.
9. Broken warps, two warps in parallel, or broken warps exceeding 1 meter with less than seven warps are unacceptable.
10. Holes are unacceptable.
11. More than three skipped warps are unacceptable.
12. 3 or more skipped wefts are disqualified.
13. Severe fuzzing is disqualified.
14. Noticeable color difference is disqualified.
15. Oil stains are disqualified.
16. Pleated coated fabric is disqualified.
17. Excessively large or long knots in the warp or weft are disqualified.
- Tensile Test Standards
1. For fabrics weighing 150g/m2 or less, ≥1500N/5cm in the longitudinal direction and ≥1400N/5cm in the transverse direction.
2. For fabrics weighing 150g/m2 to 170g/m2, ≥1800N/5cm in the longitudinal direction and ≥1700N/5cm in the transverse direction.
3. For fabrics weighing 170g/m2 to 190g/m2, ≥1950N/5cm in the longitudinal direction and ≥1850N/5cm in the transverse direction.
4. For fabrics weighing 190g/m2 or more, ≥2100N/5cm in the longitudinal direction and ≥2000N/5cm in the transverse direction.
5. Elongation <25‰
