Equipped with a crane or forklift, they can be transported in a unitized manner. Manufacturing Process
Container bags are made primarily of polypropylene, mixed evenly with a small amount of stabilizing agents. The material is then melt-extruded through an extruder into a plastic film, cut into strands, and stretched. Heat-set to create high-strength, low-elongation PP strands, which are then woven and laminated to form the base fabric of the plastic woven fabric. This fabric is then sewn together with slings and other accessories to create the bulk bag.
Advantages
First, cost savings are the most direct. Nowadays, all factories are mechanizing, freeing up traditional labor. One ton bag can hold one ton of goods.
