International standard ton bags are a kind of flexible transport packaging container. It has the advantages of being moisture-proof, dust-proof, radiation-resistant, firm and safe, and has sufficient strength in structure. Since ton bags are easy to load and unload, and the loading and unloading efficiency is significantly improved, they have developed rapidly in recent years. It can be widely used in the packaging of various powdered, granular, and blocky items such as chemicals, building materials, plastics, and mineral products. It is an ideal product for warehousing, transportation, and other industries.
Ton bags are made of polypropylene as the main raw material. After adding a small amount of stability seasoning and mixing evenly, they are melted and extruded into a plastic film by an extruder, cut into filaments, and then stretched. Through heat setting, high-strength and low-elongation PP raw filaments are made, and then the base fabric of plastic woven cloth is made by weaving and laminating, and then sewn with accessories such as slings to make ton bags.
Several things to note when using ton bags:
1. Do not stand under ton bags during hoisting operations.
2. Please hang the hook in the center of the sling or rope, do not hang it diagonally, on one side or diagonally.
3. Do not rub, hook, or collide with other objects during operation.
4. Do not pull the sling in the opposite direction to the outside.
5. When using a forklift to operate a ton bag, please do not let the fork touch or pierce the bag body to prevent the ton bag from being punctured.
6. When transporting in the workshop, try to use a pallet to avoid using the hook to carry the ton bag while shaking it.
7. Keep the ton bag upright during loading, unloading, and stacking.
8. Do not keep the ton bag upright.
9. Do not drag the ton bag on the ground or concrete.
10. When it is necessary to store it outdoors, the ton bag should be placed on the shelf and must be covered tightly with an opaque shed cloth.
11. After use, wrap the ton bag with paper or opaque shed cloth and store it in a ventilated place.
